However, the term 'affiliate network' is a misnomer, because it isn't actually a network of affiliates, as the name implies; rather, it is a network of businesses that offer affiliate opportunities. Something to keep in mind when searching for opportunities is to search for products/ services and businesses you know and like; It's much easier to promote things that you yourself use.
